We know that dental phobias and nerves can stop patients from seeing us as regularly as they should – or at all. Our main aim is to help bring preventive care to all our patients, and this relies on regular examinations, which is why it is so important to help you feel confident and comfortable with your treatment here.
Our warm, welcoming team members are all highly skilled dental professionals and our long-standing in the community means we have built up relationships with many of our patients over many years. You can, of course, expect a friendly smile as soon as you arrive here, but our team are also always on hand to answer any questions you might have.
We’ve found that when treating our more nervous patients, information and knowledge is key. We’ll always talk through all your options with you when it comes to treatment and can explain every stage of the treatment journey to you in detail. In this way, you can be sure of what is coming and won’t experience any upsetting or unsettling surprises along the way. If you’d prefer, you can always wear your headphones while being treated, so that you can block out the sounds of the practice and distract yourself with your favourite tunes or podcast.
Most importantly, we want you to know that this is a judgment-free practice. If you haven’t visited a dentist in a while due to nerves, or are anxious about the state of your teeth and oral health, be assured that you’ll find no judgment here from any members of our team. Instead, we’ll treat you with kindness and compassion and help restore your oral health.
